Cedrik Coulombe

Founder and Partner

Cedrik Coulombe is a graduate of McGill Business School’s entrepreneurship program. Coming from an entrepreneurial family, building businesses is in his blood. With experience in executive and VP roles in the home repair and commercial maintenance industry, he brings a strategic perspective to business operations. Cedrik is responsible for project oversight, financial strategy, and ensuring resource efficiency through technology and process optimization.

Léo Brunet

Founder and Partner

Léo Brunet has been immersed in multi-family property management since 2008, building deep expertise in asset optimization and real estate operations. A John Molson School of Business alumnus with Beta Gamma Sigma honors, he transitioned to full-time commercial real estate investing in 2018. As a key leader in his firm, Léo oversees external capital, deal structuring, and acquisition strategy, driving high-performing real estate investments with a disciplined, value-add approach.

Gabriel Daunais

Acquisition Manager

Gabriel’s real estate journey began in 2021, driven by a passion for financial analysis and strategic investing. Over the years, he completed multiple coaching programs and advanced training, refining his expertise in property analysis and deal structuring. In 2024, he joined VisionDev, where he now plays a key role in sourcing opportunities, negotiating acquisitions, and building win-win transactions. With a data-driven approach and a commitment to high-performance investments, Gabriel continues to push the boundaries of real estate strategy.

Olivier Smith

Project Manager

Olivier has been part of the VisionDev team since 2024, specializing in real estate project management and optimization. He has helped improve dozens of residential units by implementing effective strategies to maximize asset value. His expertise and dedication earned him the Rising Star award, given to only one person among 1,000 members of a recognized Canadian real estate group. Always striving for excellence, he refines his strategies through advanced training and plays a key role in VisionDev’s portfolio growth.
